Begin in general with. Merc. Cor. 3.
Coloc. 1, 1h. Every hour. If there is much colic, relieved by bending double.
Nux V. 1, 1h. Tenesmus, > after stool.
Sul. 3,30, gr.v.3h. Should these fail within two days to effect great improvement, the following may be given as indicated: Autumnal dysentery, with fatiguing tenesmus, worse at night.
Ipec. 1, 2h. Dysenteric stools with white flocks, tenesmus, nausea.
Aloe 3, 2h. Heat, rawness, soreness in rectum with prolapse.
Nit. Ac. 1, 3h. Burning and tickling in the rectum, tenesmus; pain after stool.
Trombid. 30, 1-2h. Stool after all food or drink much abdominal pain and straining.
Vaccinium Myrtillus Q, gtt. x, 8h. In very chronic cases.
Rhus Tox. 1, 2h. Low typhous condition.
