Thuja 3-30, 4h. In crops; wart-like excrescences on back of head, on chin, etc; flat black wart on left side of head; warts and condylomata, large, seedy, pedunculated; sometimes oozing moisture and bleeding readily. ; locally, to be painted with Thuja q night and morning.

Nit. Ac. 12, 4h. Itching, sticking, and pricking in; large jagged, pedunculated, easily bleeding; cauliflower-like; on upper lip.

Calc. C. 6, 4h. Numerous, small, horny; itching, stinging; inflamed; ulcerating.

Caust. 12, 8h. Many very small warts; warts soft at base, horny on surface; warts on arms and hands, warts on eyelids and face.

Ant. T. 12, 8h. Warts back of glans penis.

Kali Mur. 3, gr. v. 8h. Warts on the hands.; locally to be moistened once a day with a solution of Kali Mur. 3x (as much as would lie on a sixpence, in a tablespoonful of water).

Nat. M. 6, 4h. Warts on the palm.

Sep. 6,8h. Warts on margin of prepuce; on the body; large hard black warts.
Local Treatment.-In General It is a dangerous thing to meddle with warts locally. Especially is this the case with mushroom warts (with short pedicle and flattened tops). Warts may be psoric or sycotic, or they may be closely allied to epithelial cancer. In the case of common warts, the same remedy that is being taken internally may be applied externally to the warts in a solution once a day. Solid lunar caustic is sometimes an effectual application. Glacial acetic acid, applied every three or four days, has the advantage of not discoloring the part. Chromic acid may be used also.
