….Diathesis…
Hydrast. 1, 8h. Worn, jaded look, yellow or sallow complexion, “hide-bound” state of skin, low spirits, loss of appetite, chronic constipation.
Phyt. 1, 8h. Tendency to fatness, sluggish circulation, lazy disposition, tendency to glandular enlargements.
Ars. Iod. 3x, gtt.ii. or gr. ii. Thin, wiry, anxious patients, of cachectic appearance, poor appetite, inactive digestion, with tendency to diarrhea and various skin affections, with burning pains, use thrice daily. (immediately after food)
Carcin. 30-200. In all cases of chronic illness having a cancerous heredity or the constitutional symptoms of the diathesis a course of treatment with Carcin.30-200 once a week will be likely to benefit.
Epithelioma Of Tongue And Other Parts.
Thuja 3x, 6h. In doubtful cases, Locally, Thuja q to be painted on with camel’s-hair brush night and morning.
Hydrast. 1, 6h. In Decided cases and locally a mixture of equal parts of Hydrast q and glycerin to be painted on night and morning. If after five or six weeks of this treatment there is no improvement in cancer of the tongue , Kali Cyanat. 3x, gr. ii. 8h night and morning.
Of lip
(1) Lyc 6-30, 8h.
(2) Sepia 3, gr. ii.8h.
(3) Cann. Sat. q gtt. ii.In powder once a fortnight.
Ars. I. 3x, gr. ii. 6h. In epithelioma of lip or elsewhere, take Ars. I. after food, Locally , a solution of Ars. 3x (ten drops to the ounce) to be painted on night and morning.
Carcin. 30-200 or Epithel 30-200 Occasional doses of the nosodes, these will be advantageous.
Of Breast.-
In Doubtful Cases.-
Bry. 1, 8h. If there is painful nodule on the breast, of which it is impossible to decide the nature.
Calc. I. 3x, gtt. Iv. 8h. If there is painless stationary enlargement.
Ars. I. 3x, gr. ii. 6h. If there is debility and decided increase. Take it after food.
Carcin. 30-200 once a week, If there is cancerous heredity . Indrawn or divided nipples.
Undoubted Cases.-
In all cases the nosode Scirrh. 30-200, or Carcin. 30-200, in weekly doses should be given.
Of The Uterus.-
The same indications as for cancer of the breast, with much hemorrhage, Epihyst. 30-200, once a week and Ruta Q gtt. ii. In powder once a for night.
Hydrstis Q & Carbolic Acid Q is locally used with lotion.
